Resort Management Services, Inc., (RMS) was incorporated in the US Virgin Islands in 1997 to develop and manage timeshare and vacation club properties on St. Thomas and other Caribbean destinations. Currently, RMS manages Magens Bay Villas Club and Tropic Leisure Club at Magens Point Resort and Club Villa Azul at Pavilions and Pools Hotel. The President and CEO of RMS, Michael C. Shelby, has over 23 years of hotel, vacation club and timeshare development and management experience on St. Thomas.
